Our team is growing and we now have multiple opportunities for Boilermakers to join our team. These roles are highly flexible, allowing you to work full-time, part-time or casual hours. 

What's in it for you

This role comes with an attractive salary circa $132,000/50 hour week - $152,000/55 hour week. You will also have access to do as much overtime as you want (within reason) and you will receive $77 per hour. 

Relocation assistance is on offer for the right candidate.

Your next opportunity

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of activities including repairs and maintenance, construction, installation and demolition. 

Core duties:

  • Maintain tools, vehicles and equipment used;
  • Escalate workplace issues to leading hands, including safety issues and delays;
  • Ensure the development and progress of all apprentices;
  • Uphold exceptional safety standards at all times in accordance with all WHS requirements;
  • The ability to pass weld testing to 1554.1 & or 1554.4
  • Maintain appropriate documentation (e.g., SWMS forms); and
  • Implement and maintain appropriate environmental controls.

To thrive in this role, you will possess a Certificate III in Boilermaking and demonstrated post-apprentice experience

You will be a safety and quality-focussed individual who is proactive and has a good attitude to their day-to-day work. It is important that you have you a proactive approach to your work and that you can complete tasks in a timely manner while also ensuring a strong attention to detail.
